Where moving our shop the end of this month. Does anyone know how to change the company address in Lifesaver software so it prints correctly on the paperwork???

I always wondered why this is not a user definable variable.
Street address, phone numbers, email addresses, faxes, etc need to be added / changed in a much easier way than this.

I think it might be a way for them to control who is using the product maybe. That way the product is nontransferable. Could just be a programing error that they never fixed.

You'll want to give the tech support folks a ring at 1-800-381-0600
They can very easily make the change for you, so the new info will print on the slips. It also has to be updated at their end, so the correct subscription info and mailing address are on file.
