Acrylic boxes

We're looking for an acrylic box maker - the kind you might mount rugs or other objects under. The guy who used to do it for us decided that 3-7 days was a good time frame for returning phone calls, and so is no longer doing it for us. I'd prefer to use someone in the Maryland area, but I prefer hockey to baseball in the great void between football seasons, and you see where that gets me, so I've learned to be flexible. Any suggestions would be of great help. Thanks -
