Hi Folks,
I reciently had a few issues with the head of our Wizard 8500e and the local tech was very helpfull in getting everything up and running.
I have now just gone to cut a v-groove and it is very wide and not cutting cleanly. if the blade is dropped deeper, the cut gets cleaner, however it cuts all the way through the board. I have had a quick play with the v-groove config settings, however, when I make changes, they dont 'appear' to do anything.
Can anyone please tell me what settings I need to adjust to reduce the 'thickness' of the v-groove and enable the v-groove cutout to come out cleanly without having to peal it out or cut all the way through the board?
Thanks !
