A smilie question

Whenever I look at the “Smilies” selection to the right of the text window or click on “more”, the icons always seem to be in a different order.

How come?

It's a test for age induced memory problems - and you seem to have passed.

Maybe it's a smilie popularity thing. Perhaps they get show in the order of which have been used the most recently to those that have been used the least.
