Trust me, I have plenty to grumble about, but I wanted to share with you what I consider to be a 'breath of fresh air'.
I called my supplier recently with questions about cleaning and adjusting my mat cutter. Much to my surprise, the CEO was actually planning on driving through my state (Utah) on his way to Vegas (from South Dakota) for the framing show. He said he'd stop by and see me. I thought this to be a cruel joke, until he showed up at my door. He cleaned and adjusted my mat cutter and was on his way.
In this day and age, I find it extremely refreshing to know that there are companies out there that care about the little guy. Thanks, Jeff!
