Well it turns out my client and the gallery "found another solution" to dealing with the big piece, so we won't be framing it. Thanks for all the input, I will certainly use it again!

Big piece? It's only 8 X 10.
When someone places an order for an 8 x 10 I automatically assume it's inches and haven't yet come up short. However, if someone (especially if they're looking for a custom moulding) orders, say a 3 x 5 I will verify if it's feet or inches...
