3M Water-based Mounting Adhesive System back?

A while back, someone here at the grumble said 3M would be discontinuing the water-based "Mounting Adhesive System". I DID call and was told it WAS being discontinued. Well........... is it coming back? Look in Picture Framing Magazine/Deceomber 2004 edition, page 64. It's back, BUT, after not being able to get any adhesive (and threw the gun away) because it WAS discontinued I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot glue stick. Are they playing a game? or what?
