I have an older (age guess is at least 8 years) Seal press for sale. It has not been used since I moved my shop but I guarantee it works. It has been tested for heat and the vacuum comes on but the hinges will need to be adjusted to achieve proper vaccuum. The compressor with it is heavier duty...and originally came with a 4468 press. All seals are in very good condition.

It comes with 3 sheets of release board and about a half a roll of adhesive. I believe I also have a decent size roll of lamination film that I got when I bought a batch of photo supplies...although I've never used it...and a tacking iron. It also has a wooden table, if you want it. I can also give you the outlet and 220 wiring. I am SO easy to get along with.

It's the only piece of equipment I've decided to sell.

It's an absolute steal for $1150. BUT it must be paid for and moved by September 30th. Pick up ONLY. I will not crate it. I'm located in Buena Vista, Virginia.

It doesn't get any better than that.

Just another little side note....this is really what I believe the machine to be worth but I have an open heart. :)

This machine was sold to me by one of my best friends and a fellow framer, Mazie Snow, that I lost this year. It was moved from her shop to mine in 2006 with delicate care..and has always been taken care of. It was used regularly up until the move into my current building. Mazie would want someone who really needs or wants one to have it. In my home based shop, I don't need it. I have a framer friend who has been helping me out with dry mounts since I never had the time to get the hinges aligned. This is something that often has to be done with any press that is moved. I can get the directions from Seal, if you need them, on how to do that.

So if you have a need, but you're a bit short on the figure, PM me anyway. I'll let my heart lead the way.

Hi Ken...I'll have pictures for you up by tomorrow, including the inside. I have a copy of the "Mounting and Laminating Handbook" as well as a user manual.

Thanks!

I've updated Ken by PM but I'm replacing a fitting... I found a little air leak in the hose and that may be the problem instead of the hinges needing re-seating. It could be just fine without doing that!

As soon as that's done, I'll post videos.

Give me a few days....Remember, I'm moving ;)
