I have 29 records on there but most are wrong in some way and most are really old! like from almost 30 years ago. I had to really think back to remember if that was even me. Most is from my first apartment. The newest is 17 years ago.

I have 6 records, and my wife has 3, all with what appear to be the correct SSN, but birth dates are either wrong or missing.

We have credit freezes on Experian, Equifax & Transunion. It can be a bit of a pain to mange but I feel it's well worth the hassle especially with incidents like this.

Yesterday we received notice that my wife's Social Security number has been revealed in a data breach from National Public Data.com.

We're quiet spenders and not extravagant. We do not travel much, either. I guess no one is immune from the hackers.

I have a number of records which look like address updates from various moves over the years. Has anyone used the Pentester link at the bottom to remove any data? FWIW all my credit report accounts have been frozen for years due to an identity theft incident.
