Thanks everyone! I wanted to do pdf (so it couldn't be edited) but didn't have it as an option in the version of Word I'm using. The free application is perfect!

Forgot you're a Mac gal....  According to the discussion below, Mac (OS X) can create PDFs, it's built into it (At the point of printing, simply select "PDF" button). http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=198512
