Looking for a 24x24 print of Piano Coloratura by P. Robert
The image was stolen from a Chinese-American. There is, or was, a lawsuit. There is no "P Robert". Google it, and you'll find the story. The original artist was walking along a street, saw the copied image in a store window, and that did it.
I have one of the remaining smaller sizes.
Thanks for the reply;
I'm aware of that. Amazon, Posters.com have pulled it. That's why I'm hoping someone here on the G may have one laying around they are willing to part with.
So would you be willing to part with it? What size and how much?
Here is an interesting article on the subject: http://www.theknockoffeconomy.com/is-this-copyright-infringement/
Now I'm in trouble. I'll have to find it buried among 2,000 other pieces of dead paper. Are you desperate?
I'll take a look today. If I can find it, $5.
GREAT!! Thank you very much. I'm not that desperate. A few more days won't matter. Let me know what shipping is and how you want payment.
Found it! 12 x 12 1/4. Minor ding in lhs, that will be covered when you frame it, and one other spot. $5. PM me with your mailing address if you want it. Verrrrry rare item!
Any other bidders? Hey, well all right now.........Who's in for $10? Do I hear ten? Ten anyone?
