A lot of files downloaded from the internet are compressed for faster downloading and to keep the directory stucture of a program intact.
You need use a program to unzip the compressed files and return them to their original state.
One program that does the job is http://www.thegrumble.com/dl/winzip95.exe To install the program download it by clicking on the link above. When downloaded run the program from your file manager to install it on you computer. Once installed you just need to select any ZIP file from you file manager to start the unzip program. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!
