After being a very loyal customer and supporter of Liebermans in business and in this forum, I need to find someone new. I need a supplier who I can rely on and who will deliver when they say they will deliver.

First of all I want to publicly say that Molly and Katie are great, if they could handle everything with my orders I would never have a problem.

Since the new ownership, orders take longer and are not delivered when they are needed. Management knows I have a problem but will not talk to me, the person who has the problems and pays the bills.

I know that there are a couple other companies who are "broker like" for the publishers out there like Liebermans does. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about some other options out there?

Tim, I have used Jerry Greenburg with Frame It and Co for several years and have not had any problems. They are based in the Bronx. If I order prints from him that come from near to them, I usually get them in 3-4 days. If the prints come from the other side of the country, generally it takes a week or a little longer. They have a list of publishers in which you can get a 50/20 discount. All other publishers are the standard 50%.

I had the same experience with Liberman's. I placed an order with them on 8/1 and they are supposed to ship it today.
My only expeerience with Frame It & Co. is their nasty habit of sending out spam faxes. Mr. Greenburg is well aware of my feelings on this.

You can always try our site for your print needs. go to www.artprintswholesale.com and take a look at the site. There are no minimum orders, Flat rate shipping of $9.50 and orders usually ship within 5-7 business days. Great customer service as well. If you have any questions just ask for Alan. Also, we order from all the publishers on Tuesday morning so what that means is if you place an order on Monday with will ship out by Thursday/Friday.
