wax stains?

Is there a product that will wax unfinished wood moulding and stain it at the same time? I've heard of this product but I have no specific knowledge. Any info will be helpfull.

liberon wax makes 3-4 tones of colored wax for wood or you could make your own of any color
using pigments and any wax just be carefull
to dispose of all rags etc after application

Watco products makes a nice product such as you describe. I used to get it at a local paint store and as they don't carry it any longer, I am now getting at the dreaded Menards. I prefer to buy local but sometimes have no choice.

believe it or not I've had some good (non-fading) results using mat magic powders as the pigment for this purpose thought they are a bit large so you might want to grind them with a mortar and pestle first.
