well, a framer in our shop scratched the surface of a poster while slidding the glass accross it. I was hopping someone out there might recognize this photo and know where I could get a copy. The official title of the car is AC Cobra COX-6135 thanks for your help

EBAY - item #180168595604 - 12 hours to go!
I hope you have schooled your framer about sliding -v- setting glass on artwork :)

Are the two spots on either side of the lower corners in your picture, the scrapes? They wouldn't be covered by the frame lip? If you can't find a replacement, any chance of a fillet "added" (with explanation, of course), at no charge or a mat and enlarge the frame, also at no charge? I've also had some luck with retouching those spots with some photo-retouch ink...ala...Marshall's Spot-tone, again with the customer's awareness, and usually get "What? Where? I didn't even notice that! Still can't! Cool! It looks great!"
I hate it when that happens! And it has happened to all of us. Hence, Robert's comment...lift, don't glide. Seems you look at it crooked or breathe just a little too deep and s-c-r-a-p-e! Off comes the top layer, and always happens on the dark-background ones.

Did you check liebermans.net ?
I have one framed in the shop that I think is the same. (I'm not there now). I got it at Liebermans last year.

Thanks everyone, I ended up finding one. Turns out, this poster is about as rare as this particular cobra.
