I have a pair of antique long lady's gloves together with button hook and some photos & letters.

I am wondering about the best way of displaying the gloves so that it illustrates their length without just being laid out straight. I am experimenting with various ways of folding them but have not come up with a layout that really pleases me. So I am wondering if anyone has done something like this and maybe could post a photo.

As always appreciate your input!

I don't have any photos, but I have framed a pair of silk evening gloves, in the past, by stuffing them, and bending them at the wrist (for a feminine gesture) to make the presentation more 3D. The trick, at least for me, was not to overstuff the gloves in order for them to have some level of flexibility.

Don't know of that helps, but good luck with the design, and I'd love to see the finished product and/or hear other ideas on the execution of such a design.

Couldn't find the picture I was thinking of. I think a nice display might have the gloves in a vertical position with finger upward, clasping one hand in another as if examining the fit.

Maybe the pose in the picture above with a silk rose included.
