Hi Bill

The "Mat Classes" pricing technique was abandoned some time ago, in favor of the "flexible markup from cost" (multiplier) method. It works just like mouldings, with the cost passed along from the vendor to your POS. All Tru-Vue branded versions of LSS use this new method exclusively. Legacy versions sold before this date have the ability for either method. This was done to allow ample time for folks to change over to the new method.

The LSS Tips and Tricks thread in this forum explains how to change a legacy version over to the new method, for anyone who may be reading this and curious about it. It's a simple setting in the configuration menu.

I hope that clears up the mystery.

Mike
