W2'S

I have two employees, use quickbooks with a laser printer, and can only find packages of 25 W2'S or more for $30 plus the additional cost of envelopes. There's got to be somewhere to purchase them individually. Anyone know?

I don't know about individually, but you can file and print online for free on the SSA's website:

Online filing of Forms W-2 and W-3. File Forms W-2 and W-3 electronically by visiting SSA's Employer Reporting Instructions and Information website at www.socialsecurity.gov/employer (http://www.irs.gov/app/scripts/exit.jsp?dest=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.socialsecurity.gov% 2Femployer%2F), selecting “Electronically File Your W-2s”, and logging into “Business Services Online (BSO).” SSA's “Create Forms W-2 Online” option allows you to create “fill-in” versions of Forms W-2 for filing with the SSA and to print out copies of the forms for filing with state or local governments, distribution to your employees, and for your records. Form W-3 will be created for you based on your Forms W-2. Also see Online wage reporting on page 2.
