Has anybody hired a business coach?
or heared of any good reports doing this in
picture framing business. Is it worth the money
spent.

Don't forget the FREE services of SCORE.org They are a partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration. I don't know how much help you need but, it is a cheap place to start.
I doubt they can provide you with an industry specific mentor. But many framers do not have a business backround to help us figure out the business end of things. We do deserve to make a profit. A mentor may show us where our gaps in knowledge are.
