urgent call for help...handmade forest green wood putty?

Hello framers! Does anyone have a last minute recipe for forest green wood putty?? My reorder hasn't been delivered in tijme. Help??? thx, seymour

Start with blue and yellow, then add brown or black or even a little red to deepen the color.

The mixing would go a lot easier if you warm the putty first.

I use a piece of scrap glass for a "palette" and heat the putty with the shrink-wrap gun and mix with a Popsicle stick.

Oh yeah - this is a real hi-tech procedure.

I like the etched side of non-glare glass for mixing putty because it has some tooth and keeps the little globs of putty from sliding around while I'm trying to smoosh them together.

Gotta use that glass for something.
