Getting out of my house I see roads improperly laid, garbage strewn all over. People use roadside as toilets.

Cautionary note: If this is one of those posters with a glossy black background published by a company called Successories, DO NOT DRY MOUNT IT.

The black areas will turn cloudy and the brightly colored parts will adhere to the release paper.

No one needs to ask how I know this, right?
