Help needed in NYC

Grumblers,
I will be delivering a job to NYC and am short one piece of Tru-vue conservation clear cut to 31x54 1/2. I will be in NYC on Tues. 9/10- Thurs. 9/12 and could pick up the glass then. I would bring all the packing material.

If anyone could supply me with it I would be most appreciative. I will be in downtown Brooklyn so the closer the better. If anyone can help please advise asap. Please reply via Grumble or email.

Thanks but no cigar. Jerry used the last 40x60 piece two days ago.

Most people don't have lites that large around the shop. I'm still hopeful.

Al, there are only 2 lites in a case of 40x60. Would it be insane to buy a case and store the second lite, or is there no chance at all that you'd use it?

I did that very thing a while ago and broke the piece I'd just cut trying to wrestle it into the frame, so I was really glad to have the second lite. Now I use acrylic instead for those big honkers.

I'm located in the boonies so I would have to add the freight and it probably wouldn't get here in
time anyway.

If you remember I was the first to favorably reply to your inquiry about Cyro some time back. I tried as hard as I could but this customer wouldn't go for it and this is a real nice job, so glass it is!

Try larson-Juhl in NJ, should be on your way. I am sure they would help you out. I usually keep 40x60 around, but not today. I have 40x50CC & 40x60Reg, and I'm 2hrs north of the city.
