I have a client who is looking for two buffalo (bison) prints both have buffalo in snowstorms.
this is all the information she could give me. Other than one of them is full face view with snow encrusted in the buffalos beard.
Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like some of Lee Cable's older stuff. Here is an image of one of his older pieces:

The name of this piece is, "His Divine Presence" and was done in 1991, I think. If this is the artist, he hasn't done any of this type of work for quite awhile. I would contact Applejack LE at 800-969-1171 for more information.

I believe Norberg's Custom Framing in East Aurora, NY., used to handle a print of a bison in a blizzard. It may have been created by one of the artisans of the Roycroft Campus( Arts and Crafts Centre) located there.
