I'm making a screen (http://www.wiseacres.com/theater.jpg) for my home theater. It will be about 108" wide and 54" high.
I would like to make it look just like a huge solid white picture when the lights are on. What I would like is very wide moulding at least 4", preferably dark mahogany or black I could Stain it myself if it was unfinished. Something simple like this (BGL) (http://www.coworld.com/mouldings/img/type/type-bgl.gif) if possible. I'd be happy with some links to a supplier or purchase from one of the other forum users. Thanks in advance,

Rick

Stack them.

Max moulding has some really wide stuff. Stacking is a great idea. Some building supply stores have cove moulding that would work although you would have to finish it yourself. Another good source for cove mouldings is Atwater Plastics. The catalog is as thick as the yellow pages but a great source for unique items.
