Is anyone familiar with Masterpiece Matboard or Mountboard, whichever you prefer?
I am working with a photographer who insists the quality of this matboard is superior to any other she's tried (incl. Crescent & Bainbridge). I've searched the internet and cant find any info. Perhaps Masterpiece is just the name of the line and not the manufacturer.
If any of you know the manufacturer and/or supplier info. please post.

There is a framing business out of Cornwell UK called Masterpiece, they frame O/E prints some L/E prints and I’m sure they have Ready-Mades with Mounts/Mats, they tend to run their brand on all things they frame, i.e. Masterpiece is on the packaging, corner protectors, Ready-Made inserts etc. and I’m almost certain they print their Brand/Logo on the back of their Mounts/Mats.
If my memory is correct they use Colourmount board made by Slater Harrison UK www.slater-harrison.co.uk (http://www.slater-harrison.co.uk) Masterpiece have a very professional image, which could lead someone to believe there way is the ultimate way to present a framed image.
PS
30th March 02, I got the name of the business in Cornwell wrong they are Manuscript not Masterpiece, sorry about folks.........Dermot, the link for Slater Harrison should be OK now.

First time I've ever posted - so here goes!!
I think I know all the mat/mount board mfg. in the world, and I have never heard of MASTERPIECE
brand.
Why does the answer have to come from an English
manufacturer? Why doesn't one of the many USA
reply? It's a pretty simple question!
