Mirror with picture behind...

...just trying to help out an old lady who really wants someone to do this work for her.

I have never even seen this so told her I have folks who might be able to help.

She remembers that she bought a mirror in a frame that and a design scratched on the back side that when viewed from the front gave the illusion of fog or clouds surrounding a picture.

This piece is long gone and she wants someone to build another for her.

Anyone up to the task?

I have used mirror off, (found in craft stores) which gives a feathering affect and I suppose it could look like clouds. THen place the photo behind. Not a job we preferred doing but the customer wanted it with all of his kids senior pictures behind.
