Hi all,
I bought a canvas transfer kit and thought I would try one. Alot easier then I thought just time consuming, but heck, I have had a lot of time.
I had a small Vincent Van Gogh "Starry Night" poster that I had picked up at the museum so thought that would be fun.
When it was done it looked great, just like a painting on canvas, but  the colors really looked muted?
I was thinking, ouch, maybe it has to do with the canvas that was provided, i.e., wheat brown?
Would a white canvas have kept the nice colors or is this just part of the process? Is one for photo's and a different one for posters?
Thanking you in advance
