Just back from the Trade Show in Melbourne. The best part of which was the time spent with fellow Grumblers, John Ranes (USA) and Terry Ellis (Adelaide - South Australia).

The show wasn't as good as previous shows, perhaps because several of the biggest suppliers were not in attendance.
Saw some CMC's and drooled a bit at those - I will have to take lots of Lotto tickets (and win) to be able to afford one. Then, I suppose if I win Lotto I will not need to work anyway so I won't need a CMC at all. MMMMMMM, perhaps I should just keep dreaming about them.

(I was going to post a photo of the three of us here, but having looked at the instructions for posting a picture, I decided it was too darn difficult! Sorry, your loss, we are a great looking group!)

My wife and I saw some of the sights of Melbourne and went on a day trip by coach on 'The Great Ocean Road' to see 'The Twelve Apostles' - WOW! That was incredible. Any of you who are coming down here to The Land of OZ should see that! There is a couple of panoramas of The Twelve Apostles on my tired old website if you want to see what I'm talking about.

As a special consideration for Terry I have refrained from using a smiley.
If you could see the picture you would see that John made a special effort in regard to smileys for Terry's benefit at the show.

Hooroo!

osgood, you've made me cry. Melbourne is gorgeous, but the Great Ocean Road and the Twelve Apostles--ESPECIALLY the Twelve Apostles--bring back such wonderful memories, I puddle up every time! Wonder if my spouse would move to southern Australia?

MerpsMom,
Yes, the southern part of OZ certainly has some great things and places to see, but I don't think I could live there. There is far too much cloud in the sky for me. I'm used to sunny cloudless skies most of the time and not having to wear much more than shorts and shirt.

MM, the Apostles are great, however you would have to put up with a lot of Ockers (really not worth the effort).
