Can't get LJ to answer the phone.............

I've either been on hold, which actually I am right now,or I get a busy signal. Anybody got a LJ manual or database out there I need Base lineal price on Ferrosa #655252.

I am having a computer glitch, I can't get frameready to update LJ prices, this is a new moulding, my customer is coming back in an hour, I need a price............anybody?
