A few years back we purchased "The Framer's Friend" from Crescent. It is a very nice work table with racks under it for holding matboards and was sold in segments. I just called Crescent to order another segment and "we don't carry them anymore and don't know how to tell you to get one as we don't know if they are even made anymore". Not good news!

Now I'm looking for a miracle! Does anyone have one that they'd like to sell? Or does anyone know of another source? Any ideas?

Thanks much!!

Framer's Friend tables and accessories are made in the UK. I didn't realize that Crescent stopped selling these in the US. The owner's name is Mr. Carol Hamilton. I would certainly think that he might have another US distributor.

One distributor I know who still sells them in the UK is Framers Equipment. This company is run by Peter Stanlick, so drop him a note and he might be able to give you details on reaching Carol Hamilton directly.

I just looked him up in the Fine Art Trade Guild directory......for some reason, his website is not listed in the directories....

But here it is......Framer's Friend (http://www.framersfriend.com/)

John
