Any suggestions of either a vendor or process for creating a red fillet?

I think I've seen a few in catalogs. The only one I have here is the Larson Le Cirque # 112149.

We get red 1/8" rounded fillets from Nelson. I think they might be in Michigan. If you are interested, I can get the address and phone number when I go to work.

Studio used to have one -- but, alas, I think it may be now gone.

In the past I have spray painted (good old Krylon) with good success.

Don't know if this will help. I saw an interesting ad in PFM for PB&H Moulding. Regarding moulding, they'll make profiles that you design. Maybe they'll make a fillet you want. Oh never mind they have a 500' minimum.

We have some red fillet left. It will be closed out shortly as we only have a few hundred feet and demand is low. We used to sell alot for Chicago Bulls stuff! The number is 7812 and can be seen at http://www.prestoframe.com/products09.html
I think it is what you are talking about a basic fillet round.
