Have You Seen This Moulding??

Looking for a specific moulding for a commercial customer. Not sure where she got the corner sample and no idea who makes it. Antique Bronze finish, 3 1/2 wide, 1 3/4 high, 7/16 rabbit. Hand-written number on the back is 735-70; don't know if that is from distributor or a code from the original frame shop.

Thanks to a few helpful folks in another thread, I think I have posted a couple of photos to help identify this frame. Any leads will be greately appreciated!

Universal Framing Products H817 is that profile in gold, not bronze. Not sure if it comes in other finishes.
