Grumblers Meeting in New York

DECOR Expo New York will take place February 28 - March 2, 2003 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. We would like to offer the Grumblers a place to meet at the show. We have set aside room number 4A1 located next to the show office at the Javits Center on Saturday, March 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Please join us for some coffee and donuts before hitting the show floor!

Show Hours:
Friday, February 28th
9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 1st
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 2nd
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Don't forget when you pick up your badge or badge holder at the show, ask for your Grumbler ribbon to attach to your badge.

Please read the New York Grumblers thread, also. It is really nice to have a room, but we may be able to do something else, too, if we can agree on a time.

The Grumbler ribbons will be available at the registration counters. When you pick up your badge or badge holder be sure to ask for a Grumbler ribbon. The ribbons will be green and say Grumbler. They easily attach to your badge holder.

Last year it took the girl at the counter some time to find our grumbler ribbons, and we got the last 2! Many of the clerks were wearing them, thinking the were just for fun. Hopefully this year, there are more available, as the number of grumblers seems to be growing.

As luck would have it, I have a class scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on Sat. Unless anyone has openings for lunch or dinner Thurs.,Fri., or Sat., I'll just have to look for yellow ribbons on the show floor.
