Mine is warmer and fuzzier - no exclamation point.

I'm taking this idea to Warped where it belongs.

On a serious note:
Has anyone actually towed cars from your lot?

Or done other things to offenders?

On our little street in the hood, we all ge along well. However we have a dance studio down the street that rents out space for auditions.

Herds of wanamakeits and nevergonnamakeits, and more notachanceyourgonnamakeitbutkeeptryinganddon'tquit yourdayjob, and they just park anywhere. Luckily the Parking Enforcement yard is one block away, so wayward double parkers ond those in the middle of the street get City treatment. But the rest of the business on the street make a good income for the Tow Company.

My landlady ( who also owns a constructuion company) has a black sign with pink lettering that says:
Sandis' Rig only
Don't even THINK about parking here!
Survivors will be severely brow beaten
Not good enough?.....
well try this....
Have you ever seen ..
an angry woman with a nail gun?

( I told her I want her sign when she retires )

Marc,
I have three spaces out front for customers and four out back for employees. My shop is in a "light industrial" area with an auto body shop across the street out front and a VW repair shop out back next door. Talk about cars. No parking, 24 hour towing signs are posted all around my space. The VW guy is the worst. One morning I looked out the back window and he had a car in my lot working on it - he had just emptied the entire radiator of anti-freeze all over my lot. I wrote him a stern letter explaining that he or anyone associated with his business(vendors, customer's, etc.)were not to set foot on my lot - not even for a second. I made up parking permits on my computer(with my logo) for all my employees vehicles. I called the towing company and explained anything on the back lot without a permit was fair game 24/7. I have had 2 cars towed over the last few years. For many years I would make an attempt to locate the owners before having them towed. NOT any more!
Good Luck.

Almost considered having the lost tourist who decided to block our drive while looking at his map yesterday towed. You'd think he would get the hint when I'm parked behind him trying to turn in, honking my horn at him to move! No, I had to get out of my car and go tell him to move. And there's several hundred feet of empty, wide shoulder on either side of our drive he could have just as easily parked on, but he chose to park across the end of the drive instead.

This sign reminds me of the mural my friend and I painted in the hallway to our dorm. It had a small dragon perched on a sign that said: "Trespassers shall be eaten". tongue.gif
