Can anyone help? I would like very much to attend some formal training in the framing business. Having worked in a frame shop for some time, and being taught by a very knowledgeable/experience framer has been great, but somewhat limiting. How do I find out about training classes in the Texas, Okla,La,or Ark. area?

The best upcoming event for education is the National Conference to be held in conjunction with the West Coast Art & Frame Show in Las Vegas January 20th to 23rd, 2002. Go to the following site and I am sure you will find more than enough courses to whet your appetite for framing education. Mix with and learn from the best framers and educators in the industry.

The courses are great and the hotel rates and airline packages are excellent. It may cost you more that what you might find in your own market area, but it is the best educational program in the industry.
