It has just been announced by the Irish Government that this Friday will be a day of mourning in Ireland as a mark of respect and solidarity with the USA.

All Business, Schools, Etc. will remain closed and we are all being encouraged to attend an appropriate service to mark the day.

Take care and keep the faith.

Dermot,

It's good and reassuring to receive the support from our friends around the world.

I'd also received E-mails from fellow framers and concerned individuals in Australia and Belgium.

Dermot,

I'm sure everyone appreciates your kind words, thoughts and prayers. This is definitely one of those situations where we need all we can get. What happened yesterday is just too horrible to even contemplate for very long. Thanks again. Looking forward to meeting you in Atlanta.

I'm deeply touched that Europe is doing that. Hope America does the same.

All of us down here in Australia offer our sympathy and support.
We take this as an attack on us too, because we hold the same values as Americans do very dearly.

I sincerely hope that the perpetrators are able to be identified and dealt with as they deserve!

War doesn't determine who's won,
War only determines who's left.

To all our framing friends abroad, thank you for your kind thoughts.

Dermot and all other framers abroad...thank you so much for your words and thoughts... I can only speak for myself, but I am in absolute shock. The enormity of this has not yet hit. I cannot imagine how it is in NY or DC.

I have just listened to an Irish guy (born in the same village in Ireland where my grandmother came from) who worked in the World Trade Center, he just got out in time, though it looks like the other Irish lad's who were with him and the rest of the crew did not make it.

His said that the attack on the World Trade Center was an attack on the rest of the world as he is aware that every country in the world had its citizen's or people who come from every corner of the world worked in the World Trade Center, I expect that there is little doubt that he is right.

Take care and keep the faith.

Dear All:

For what it's worth, the Aussies are having their day of mourning on Sunday. We're a little late because our PM was stuck over in the US, and had to hitch a ride on a US air force plane to Hawaii to get out. He's the short, balding guy with zero personality - you probably didn't notice him.

Keep your chins up,
Mike Wilson
