Don't you just hate it when you can't remember where you saw something?
I read a comment on one of The Grumble forums about the cut quality of a sawblade which was intended for metal but was used,("because I was too lazy to change it"), for wood. The cut was superior to the regular wood blade and the cost of the blade was about half of a typical upscale framing blade. If memory serves it was a Freud blade with a red coating.
I would appreciate some help in finding that post again. Many thanks.
