Some help from across the pond please. Two years ago I visited my brother and wife who live in Crownsville MA. Whilst there we visited Arlington and were very impressed with the pictures in the main Foyer. They are of Flags of various countries.
It was the technique that really impressed me. They are about 6 foot by 4 foot and as you walk across the viewing area they change from one country flag to another. When you stand at 90 degrees to the picture, there is yet another emblem.
What technique is this called please or where can i find any information as to the specification for the distance between the vertical plates.
As an ex Royal Navy Aircrew member, I would like to do a small version with the Union Flag and White Ensign with a helicopter as the centre picture.
I figure that this is the cheaper option - asking for help that is - as I will not be able to get across there until March 2004.
