Will you Aussies please report in if you can on any quirks of the 2000 variety that you notice? I can see myself framing by candlelight come Monday

Special Ozzie catastrophy watch.......
Y2K? Whats that?
Electricity still works, still got a computer, still got water, have not seen any planes fall out of the sky. Its Sat night here so cant say about the banks but I bet come Tuesday they will still take the mortgage out of our account. No riots or even mild amount of bedlam - ho hum life goes on just the same as last century. Last decade was the nineties, now we're in the naughties.

Sorry folks, we got to do it again next year. Someone got it wrong, it's not the end of the millennium, nor is it the end of the century. It's not even the end of the decade. That was the end of a plain old year. Check your encyclopedia. Goes to show how stupid the educated people of the world can be.

Let get it right next year....

Or smart? Must be money to be made from calling this the New M. Next year, they'll sell us all over again. What gets me is all the respected newspapers, etc. who are going along with the erroneous idea!

So who is more educated? Those who know it doesn't all start for another year or those who figured out to sell us all of this garbage twice? Now all we have to do is figure out how to frame it again, again and again.

MM, that's about all the newspapers have left to sell.
