Questions about commissions paid to employees for sales they make.

ex: if you do not offer commissions a rate does not matter and a vote is not accepted.

We don't pay commisions, but we will give a bonus to an employee that lands a big account (over 5 figures).

I'd like to see the results of this poll.

Since I am a 1 person operation, I did not vote because my votes would not be "real".

Any reason not to see the results without voting?

I am sure that the results will be posted.
I apologize for any discrepancies in the format of the poll. I was not able to edit the poll itself once it was posted. I don't have the time right now to completely redo the poll, which currently seems to be the only option. So if you don't offer employee sales commissions please don't vote in the current poll.

Thanks for the input/suggestion.

Also if the votes could be be rest to Zero, in other words reset the whole poll to Zero I think that would help, too.

Please add a N/A to questions 7+, otherwise, by not voting, this poll is somewhat invalid.
We're unable to edit polls once they've been created.

The only way around this is to erase the poll and create it again.

Tried to vote, but since answer to 7 is "No" then 8 is N/A, but the poll will not allow you to submit vote unless you select an answer for 8. This poll structure only seems to work if you pay commission on all sales or on all sales after a quota is achieved; We pay commision only on sales that include certain elements (e.g. specific mouldings, fillets, fabric mats, etc)

"Erase and create again" sounds like a really good option.

In the new poll you may want to add the option in the 1st question for employees on straight commission.
