You should have put less than above as an option on all the questions except #1. tongue.gif
It's clear to see that you came from another industry, Charles.
In most cases these wages are way too high.

You should separate more or less than above. If you look at these it is hard to tell where folks differ. It should be less than above, and more than above, without that it is hard to tell what this means. If anyone wants to pay me 29.00 an hour, I would be happy to work for you.

He's not an employer and he is barely a framer, but at least he tried.
You can't edit a poll, so if someone has figures they think are more realistic, you can post another poll.

It's clear to see that you came from another industry, Charles.
In most cases these wages are way too high. I think you will find that the "successful" frame shop owners are paying their employees more. And it's not because they can afford to. It's because they can't afford not to. A good employee is one of the most valuable assets a business can have (next to a CMC, of course tongue.gif )
