After much research and contemplating, I finally created my blog.
WARNING: MANY OF YOU WILL NOT BE INTERESTED IN THE SUBJECT MATTER! TAKE NOTE, THE TITLE IS "PRAYERLOGUE".
But, that being said, the link is www.prayerlogue.blogspot.com (http://www.prayerlogue.blogspot.com) if you want to take a look.
This is, of course, for another personal side of my life, but I can see a use for a blog business-wise as well, and as I get braver, I may create one for that, too.
Blogging is growing both personally and for businesses. Sherpa Marketing www.marketingsherpa.com/ (http://www.marketingsherpa.com/) recently held their second annual "best marketing blog" contest. And in reading the entries, I saw that the biggest "winner" of all was "Blogspot" which is a blog hosting company.
Blogspot ( www.blogspot.com (http://www.blogspot.com) ) is owned by Google and offers free blog hosting. The vast majority of the entries in the contest used blogspot.
Blogs may be a fad, or they may be the next trend. (As I once said, a fad is only an adolescent trend!) In the 70's, I thought flea markets were fads - and look what they've become!
I could definately see some grumblers use blogs to great advantage. Mar, for instance with her personal interaction with her customers, and with the fundraiser. It may not be for you, but at least you need to know what a blog is.
