I have been wondering if there is a formula for figuring
overhead(rent, utilities, insurance, etc) into your pricng?

Welcome.
What you are asking is basically "cost accounting 300".
To sum it up. Take your fixed expenses and spread it over your unit sales (labor, materials). It is not a one step process or a single formula that will fix you up.
After you have tried a few variations, let it go and see what happens. Re-review your situation at the end of 90 days and modify to your needs as required.
