I'm wondering which books you wouldn't want to live without? I have books on framing and Goltz's business book, but looking through old posts I couldn't find much related to the business end of our industry. Any ideas?

Thanks, Kara

Any books by Harvey MacKay, Herb Kelleher's book on starting Southwest Airlines and Sam Walton's autobiography are all great reads and I learned something from all of them

I'd add Faith Popcorn's 'EVEolution' and 'Why We Buy' by Paco Underhill to that list. Neither are specifically about framing but are interesting looks at the psychology of shopping. Kit
